This website is operated under the Arceri Insurance name and provides general information about insurance services and a way to contact the agency. Nothing on this website changes the terms of an insurance policy or guarantees that a particular product or service is available to you.

Website content is general information to help you start a conversation about insurance. It is not a promise that coverage is available or that an insurer will accept a risk. Coverage options, eligibility, premiums, deductibles, limits, and underwriting decisions depend on the information provided and the insurer's review. 3. Quote requests and information you submit
A quote form is a request for Arceri to review your inquiry and, where appropriate, help seek an insurance estimate for the coverage you select. The six quote forms linked from this website are hosted by Jotform. Depending on the form, they may ask for contact and mailing or risk-location details for applicants, owners, household members, employees, and drivers; dates of birth; Social Security, FEIN, DOT, state-ID, and driver-license details; business type, operations, commodities, locations, revenue, payroll, employees, projects, equipment, and safety practices; home and property characteristics and values; vehicles, trailers, VINs, driver experience, and vehicle use; coverage selections and limits; and prior insurance, premiums, renewals, lapses, claims, accidents, losses, cancellations, non-renewals, or traffic violations. Some forms also request health-insurance status, loss runs, policy or certificate documents, vehicle schedules, driver licenses, motor-vehicle reports, or an applicant signature or certification. The information requested varies by form.
Please provide complete and accurate information and update Arceri if you discover an error. Incomplete or inaccurate information can delay a response or affect an insurer's evaluation. If you submit information about another person, make sure you are authorized to provide it and have given any notice or obtained any consent required by law. Do not submit information you are not ready to share for the quote request.
Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not, by itself, create insurance coverage, bind an insurer, or guarantee that an insurer will offer or issue a policy. Coverage begins only when the insurer or an authorized representative confirms the coverage and its effective date, such as through a binder or policy. Review the applicable documents carefully.
4. Payments and premium financing
The payment link on this website opens a separate ePayPolicy portal. Arceri may also provide another payment method, including Zelle, through specific instructions. Use only a payment method and recipient verified directly with Arceri. Payment services, payment timing, fees, refunds, and premium-finance terms may be governed by the applicable insurer, finance company, or payment provider. A payment or payment receipt does not itself confirm that insurance coverage has been bound or changed.
5. Contact and electronic communications
When you submit a contact or quote request, you ask Arceri to contact you about that request using the contact details you provide, which may include email or phone. Do not include policy numbers, payment-card details, bank details, or other sensitive personal information in the general contact form. Any electronic documents or communications remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant insurance or service provider.
6. Third-party forms and services
Quote links open forms hosted by Jotform, and the payment link opens ePayPolicy. These services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and availability. Review the notices shown by each provider before submitting information or making a payment. You can review Jotform's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Arceri website terms do not replace those provider terms.

Read our Privacy Policy and any privacy information presented in a quote form or by a third-party provider. The forms may request information needed to evaluate the coverage you ask about. Contact us if you need help choosing the right channel.
8. Permitted use and website content
You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access accounts or systems without authorization, submit knowingly false information, interfere with another person's use, or use the site to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
